As a mental health therapist with over ten years of experience supporting children across settings, I have extensive knowledge of the educational system, behavioral health systems, and community resources. I specialize in supporting creative and sensitive children who experience anxiety, self-doubt, and a deep sense of not feeling “enough.” I believe that creativity is both a gift and a tender spot—many bright, imaginative kids feel the world intensely and struggle to find their place in it. My work centers on helping these children transform their anxiety and self-criticism into confidence, curiosity, and self-acceptance.
In therapy, I create a space where children can express themselves freely—through words, play, art, or storytelling—without fear of judgment or pressure to “get it right.” I use a blend of evidence-based techniques and creative approaches to help kids understand their emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their natural sense of wonder.
I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and practical tools to support their child’s growth at home and school. Together, we uncover what lies beneath the anxiety—often a longing to be understood, to belong, and to feel capable—and build a foundation of confidence that extends far beyond the therapy room.
My goal is for every child I work with to feel seen, safe, and empowered to embrace their unique way of being in the world.
